Returns & Exchanges

At Run North West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your new running shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
